Driving and walking around the Reserve to locate and collect scat left by Blainville's Horned Lizards. These scat will be analyzed using microscopy and molecular methods to assess diet. Also to collect a few individuals foragers from multiple ant species and other ground dwelling invertebrates likely consumed to assess current diet availability and to sequence for use in the molecular analysis of the horned lizard scat.
