We intend to host the Cheadle Center for Biodiversity and Ecological Restoration Lab meeting at COPR and carry out a search for bee nests, recording their GPS coordinates and flagging any nests we locate. Additionally, we plan to bring equipment for collecting nests of non-endangered bee species, if applicable, to identify the species nesting in the area. We are also hoping to spot any Bombus crotchii that may be flying in the area. It's important to note that while we are specifically seeking Bombus crotchii, we will refrain from capturing, handling, or disturbing them in any manner.
