We would love to use Coal Oil Point as the site for a one day board retreat for local nonprofit, Wilderness Youth Project (wyp.org). We would convene ~20 people to conduct strategic planning. Activities to include - indoor and outdoor meetings and games, perhaps a hike if allowed, and lunch. If workable, we might want to stay through dinner. Timing: 9-4. A subset of staff would like to arrive at 8 am to setup.
