Between March 13-17, I would like to our sample 18 long-term plots for ants. These plots have been sampled since 2010 using standardized methods as described in the following publication: Hanna, C., I. Naughton, C. Boser & D.A. Holway. 2015. Testing the effects of ant invasions on non-ant arthropods with high-resolution taxonomic data. Ecological Applications 25:1841-1850. This sampling is also described in our NSF-LTREB award. On this trip I plan to sample leaf litter ants.
