This is an introductory field studies course offered by Irvine Valley College. Students will not be performing environmental manipulations. Students will participate in activities related to plant and animal identification and diversity surveys, with an emphasis on island ecology and endemic flora. We will utilize iNaturalist to help contribute to the documentation of the Reserve's flora and fauna. We are excited to resume our annual visits, which of course have been paused the past couple of years!
