We would like to allow an field opportunity for our undergraduate students enrolled in the Herpetology Laboratory course at UCLA. This experience will allow the students to get up close and personal with the material they are learning remotely. We did submit a Research Operation Plan and a Field Safety Plan to our review boards and were approved to meet in-person, travel, and have overnight stays by the Dean of Life Sciences and the Dean of Undergraduate Education.
