Landels-Hill Big Creek Reserve

The purpose of this visit is to lead a wilderness experience for aspiring outdoor educations. The trip will include two components. First, a camping trip, to serve as an introductory course to backpacking and camping, taught and lead by Aryeh Goldman. This trip is designed to serve as a compact training experience in wilderness survival, focusing on the four elements of outdoor living: shelter, water, fire, and food. Focusing on teaching basic outdoor skills, this camping trip is a professional wilderness training for beginners and experienced outdoor educators alike. Second, a Wilderness First Aid and CPR/ Epi-pen training. Participants will go through a professional training course, lead by Back Country Medical Guides, to achieve a WFA certification, as well as, a CPR/ Epi-pen certification.
