The main goal of this retreat is to develop outlines for NSF Graduate Research Fellowship program applications through conversation with other first year women-identifying students in chemical biology. Students will engage in discussions about their research goals and professional preparation for applications. Applications are due in October, thus this early retreat will provide ample time to enhance the strength of applications.
