Deploy paper straws and sample caterpillars using bush-beating. Finally got ahold of the paper straws we need to put in our cavity nests, so I need to put straws in each cavity nest. Since I am planning to sample caterpillar prey availability, I will collect caterpillars from one plant at each of our 36 sites.
