The members of the UC Berkeley Brashares Lab will use this time at the reserve to conduct the following activities: - lab administrative work - workshops and discussions on mentoring, research, peer review, manuscript writing, qualifying exams, etc. - discussions (and creating actionable goals) on diversity, equity, and inclusion in the lab and the department - brainstorming on intra and inter-lab relations - brainstorming new group research ideas - and other activities and workshops as planned by the group before the retreat.
