We would create 20, 1m x 0.5m semi-permanent (5yrs) plots spaced 3m away from each other in 1-4 transects in a poppy field. Additionally, there would be a separate area (at least 20m away) in which there are 200 or more flowers (so like 40 - 60 individual poppy plants) in which I could collect seeds from and that area is just going to be used once.
