July 14: Day use. We will need to cover protocol basics and work out kinks. We will possibly need access to the conference room and kitchen. We will arrive around 10:00 and depart around 4:00. July 31-Aug 4: Two undergrad students hired to work on the project will arrive and begin field work; they will need overnight lodging M-R nights; access to kitchen. Aug 8-13: Sean Hogan (drone pilot) will spend one day and night at the reserve; specific date TBD. Because he is visiting three reserves, I'm hoping we can reserve space for him the whole period of days and allow him flexibility with arrival and departure; then only bill for the night he stays.
