Analyze transcriptomic data collected over the course of several collaborative projects between UC Berkeley Dept. of Integrative Biology and UCSF Dept. of Neurology. Use Hastings facilities to provide focus for this work to get done in a sustained way. We have previously been to Hastings several times to help with BSP retreats and plan to take several of the hikes done on those retreats as breaks from the data analysis.
