I will participate in a long term study of the the timing of budburst and flowering during my sabbatical. This project is examining the influence of climate on this timing and potential impact on acorn production. Most surveys will be done jointly with Andy Lentz, the lead field worker on the project since it began many years ago. I will live on site to analyze the long-term data set.
