I received Mildred Mathias Grant last quarter to work on the SHIFT campaign to conduct research at Sedgwick Reserve by collecting branchlets with 5-10 leaves from 15-20 dominant oak trees for pressure-volume curves and anatomy. Therefore, my goal for this visit is to collect data for leaf anatomy and pressure volume curves done at UCLA lab.
