Oak Restoration: Under the direction of Sedgwick staff members Angela Giordani and Brenda Juarez, docents and volunteers will plant fifty (50) oak seedlings in the the farm field east of the existing fruit trees. Planting will take several days to complete. They will install below ground cages and above ground cages for protection from rodents and deer. On a regular basis, the oaks will be watered and weeded until well established (up to 2 years).
