I plan to collect leaf tissue and herbarium specimens of Toxicoscordion plants. In addition, I plan to attach small removable tags to plants from which I sampled leaf tissue. These tags will ensure I will be able to collect seeds from these same individuals during a second visit in the summer. I will sample ~10-15 plants for leaf tissue and seeds with an additional 2 individuals for the herbarium.
