The purpose of this visit is to deliver marine science curriculum to high school students in the field. Students will learn the basic methods of intertidal monitoring using transects and data sheets. Students will compare and contrast species found on the reserve (above point conception) with species seen in their local habitats (below point conception). Pending training, students might be involved with the LiMPETs program.
