We intend to gather in order to connect and learn through experiential therapeutic modalities. This includes: - Cacao ceremony with intention setting and journaling - Sound bath meditation - Musical & contact improvisation - Expressive arts games - Hatha Yoga - Child Therapy intervention modeling - Energetic grounding techniques These sessions will be student-run and aim to foster deeper connection within the community, empower deeper connection to self, and act as a modeling opportunity for group facilitation and varied healing modalities to be used in practice. It emobodies the essence of our program, which is experiential learning with presence and creativity.
