We were locked out of our daisy chain to access RCDP via our normal route. We plan to go back out with bolt cutters to put our lock back on, but in the event staff are unable to cut that chain (e.g., if hardened chain) we would like to use access through BOR as a backup until that access is resolved. We need to access RCDP to conduct aquatic resource delineations for an upcoming improvements project on our property. We are requesting through access only.
