Myself and 2 students (1 PhD, 1 undergraduate) plan to join the field research team of my collaborator, Dr. Pieter Johnson (application 53090) for a brief period in July. We will accompany them to off-reserve sites to collect samples for later sorting and preservation at the reserve that we will then ship back to my lab in Toronto. This work forms a key part of the PhD thesis of the student, as well as collaborative efforts between our two labs.
