This site visit is for staff members of the Bay Area Ridge Trail Council to visit Blue Oaks Ranch and understand the logistic and route options for a potential VIT (Very Important Trail) guided outing. The guided outing will allow community members to experience the unique terrain and ecosystem of this region with a Ridge Trail guide. The last VIT outing at Blue Oaks Ranch was held in 2019. This site visti will focus on identifying a route to connect to Joseph D Grant County Park because connections to Sierra Vista may not be possible with storm damage.
