Typical sampling, with minor modifications, to be conducted at BORR only. We will be focusing on 3 ponds only and heavily sampling biofilms formed in different regions of the pond and water column (depth). During this visit, we will be deploying biofilm traps (to be collected either 2 or 3 weeks later), swabbing aquatic plant surfaces, and conducting our normal amphibian swab and environmental surveys.
