This is a rescheduled event from our initial application. UC Environmental Stewards holds an advance planning meeting at the beginning of every year to organize and confirm our work for the coming year. We plan to meet as a group to discuss our Strategic Plan, Program Visioning, upcoming project scopes, working with existing partners and plans for expansion, staff and course number growth, etc. We would like to have a primary meeting room where we can all meet together as well as the opportunity to be outside and explore the reserve a bit during lunch and other breaks. If a reserve staff member or volunteer was available to spend a little time with us at some point to talk to us about the reserve, that would be amazing. We would like to arrive Wednesday, April 17; stay overnight Wednesday and Thursday evening; and use the reserve facilities on Friday, departing at the end of the day.
