In May 2024, a group of 9 people formed the editorial collective for Long-Haul Magazine, a quarterly magazine of worker writing and organization on and off the shop floor, past and present, in and outside of unions. In the past year, we have gone from just starting out to producing 2 full issues, and gaining nearly 500 print subscribers. We propose to use the reserve for a 2 day editorial retreat to reflect on the last year of our publication and to plan for the next one.
