Yosemite Field Station

18 Aug, 12 PM - 25 Sep, 05 PM

We plan to conduct surveys via live-trapping of small mammal communities within Yosemite National Park. The aim of these surveys is to better understand how climate change, including impacts from drought and tree mortality, have impacted small mammal communities over time. These surveys will be conducted in select areas of the park previously surveyed in the 1900s by Joseph Grinnell, and more recently, in the early 2000s, by a team from UC Berkeley.
