UCI associate director Angela Duby's scouting trip. This business roundtable is a UCI entity that connects business leaders of the region (90 currently) with our campus leadership (34 of the campus leaders including chancellor, provost, all the deans and vice-chancellors). We organize our own programming as well as direct members to other campus engagement opportunities. Some of the events are done with collaboration with community, some years ago we organized an outing to Crystal Cove and visited the UCI research station there. One of the events we organize is a retreat for Roundtable members at a resort and we feature research by UCI faculty. We are considering Anza Borrego as a possible location for next year’s retreat (2024). The dates being held for this are April 25-28, 2024
