We will be hosting the annual BairdFest retreat that celebrates award winners. Students who have completed a funded field season will present a 20-30 minute slideshow reporting their work and findings. New awardees for the 2024 season are encouraged to present and discuss their scientific plans and interests, informally as “pop-ups” or in short 5-10 minute presentations. All participants are welcomed to discuss their ideas and perceptions of the value and future of field science and field stations for our changing Earth. They will be joined by funders Carol Baird and Alan Harper and other reserve staff and faculty
