We plan to hold an annual group event where we discuss the softer aspects of our respective projects. In each subgroup, we talk about ways to increase productivity and teamwork as we reflect on progress in the past year. The purpose of this trip is to identify what the strengths and weaknesses of each subgroup apart from a purely scientific perspective. There is also opportunity for subgroups to compare strategies with one another about what worked well and what didn't in the previous year.
