The goal of this visit is to repeat our sampling effort along three 100-m-long transects we established in 2021. We will collect soil and root samples of two focal plant species (Ambrosia dumosa and Larrea tridentata) at 5 sampling points along each transect. At each point, three plant individuals will be targeted.
