"Join UCSD Counseling and Psychological Services (CAPS) and Outback Adventures for a series of recreational activities and mental health discussions to improve your well-being! Our second activity is a mindful nature walk, where we will discuss and emphasize developing a sense of awe, mindfulness, and creativity." This is the description of Tritons RISE with Outback, and we would love to spend our nature walk (Wednesdays of weeks 5 and 6 each quarter) at the upper Coastal Reserve to help students feel a sense of belonging to UCSD and learn more about our natural ecosystems while practicing self-care.
