We plan on staying at the reserve while doing field work on San Jacinto peek for ongoing measurement of modern desk deposition at different elevations in the mountain range. This work uses ongoing climate data observation and collection to better understand the nutrient transport pathways. We will be leaving the reserve in the morning and returning in the evening and only using the reserve for sleeping and dinner preparation.
