One of the main focuses of our camping trip at James San Jacinto Mountains Reserve would be to help highlight potential STEM career opportunities and the different types of research done at the reserve and take a small hike on the easiest trail. This one-night camping trip would be one of the last activities of our Public Lands Defenders educational workshop series that is part of our Conservation Program. If possible, we would greatly appreciate the opportunity to participate in any educational talk or interpretative hike led by staff or researchers on-site.
